My original plan was a condo, which I ended up changing to new construction. Theresa is very knowledgeable of the area I was considering my purchase. After buying and selling 7 properties, including 3 new constructions, this was the best real estate experience of my life. Theresa was by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with for a purchase. She follows up in a timely manner, patient with my change of plans, and advised with areas to avoid. Her recommendation for a mortgage person for my VA Loan was fantastic. This is the only transaction that did not have any last minute “issues.” If I could I would give a higher rating. One last thing, she was the only agent to ever follow through with “Closing Gifts”, which were thoughtful and personalized.
